Payment

Get Natural ApS accepts payments by MobilPay, VISA and Mastercard online via DIBS. 
Goods must be paid when ordering them.
Pre-orders are to be paid when ordering them.
(Pre-orders are shipped within 4-6 weeks)
All amounts are in Danish Kroner and incl. Danish VAT (moms).
Get Natural ApS encrypts the website „getnatural.dk” using the so-called SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). This means that any third party will not be able to read the number of your credit card or any other information during the transaction with PBS.

Delivery


Ordered and paid goods, which are in stock, will be shipped within 1-2 work days.
Pre-orders are shipped within 4-6 weeks.
Packages will be shipped via Postnord or GLS to the address, wished by the customer.
If the ordered goods are not in stock, we shall at once inform the customer about the expected time of delivery.
If this delay is unacceptable for the customer, we shall return the amount of the paid, but missing goods.
Damage to shipped goods
In case your goods arrive in a damaged condition, we kindly ask you to take pictures of the damaged goods, including of the packing, and send these pictures together with a copy of your confirmation of order to: office@getnatural.dk. This should be done at the latest 2 days upon receipt of the package.  

Right of complaint
 


Get Natural ApS provides 2 years of right of complaint according to the Danish Law on Purchases, as concerns error in production or materials, which become apparent during ordinary use of the goods. The Right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, which directly or indirectly is due to wrong usage, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interference. Complaints concerning errors or deficiencies, which should be discovered during normal check out of the goods, shall be reported to Get Natural ApS within reasonable time. The item should upon this be returned for repair, switch or, upon agreement, crediting. In connection with cases concerning Right of Complaint Get Natural ApS covers the expense of shipping in a reasonable extent.

Returning goods should also send to the above address– please note that we do not accept packages sent as cash on delivery. It is not a requirement, but it will speed up our handling, if sufficient information goes with the package – such as copy of confirmation of order, registration number and account number for the bank account, to which refund should be made, copy of any previous communication about the matter etc.


Right of Regret/Returning goods


As a consumer you have the Right of Regret for 14 days, when you shop by us.
The right of Regret expires 14 days after the day you received your goods.
If the goods consist of several shipments or parts, the deadline expires 14 days after the day, where you received the last shipment or the last part.
You must within 14 days upon receipt inform us that you wish to regret your purchase. This information must be given by email to office@getnatural.dk. In the information, please clearly state that you wish to use your Right of Regret. You may also choose to use our Standard Form for Regret and send it to us together with the goods. 
Right of Regret cannot be exercised simply by refusing to accept the goods without at the same time notifying us of this by a clear message.

Condition of the goods when returned 


You are responsible for possible deterioration of the value of the goods, if this is due to any other handling than 
What is necessary to determinate the nature of the goods, their qualities and the way in which they work. You are, in other words, allowed to test the goods in the same manner as if you tried it in a physical shop, but you are not allowed to put it into actual use. 
If the goods have been used beyond what is described above, we shall consider it used, which means you, in case of regret of the purchase, will only get partial or no refund of the amount paid at purchase, depending on the trade value of the good. 


Refunding of the amount of purchase 


If you regret you purchase, you will get refund of the amount you have paid us. In case of a deterioration of value, which you are responsible for, this amount will be deducted the amount of purchase.
If you use your Right of Regret we refund all payments from you, including cost of delivery, with no undue delay and in all circumstances within 14 days from the date, where we receive information about your regret of the order. We make this transaction by the same means of payment, which you used in the original transaction, unless you specifically have agreed to something else. 
We are allowed to hold back the refund until we have received the returned goods, unless you before that have presented documentation for having returned it. 


Handmade products


As it is handmade products, an item may deviate a little from the picture you saw of it in the web shop. It will not be major deviations, but it can be small nuances in things like size, color and manufacture. 
We are thus not responsible for these small variations and do not consider such products as lacking or damaged. 
 Should you return your goods due to this, you should yourself pay for the shipping cost.
Should you regret your order, the goods should be returned to:

You may also regret the order by giving a clear statement of this or deliver it in person (following previous agreement) or ship it by post to the address above within 14 days after receipt of the goods. We do not accept packages delivered except by postal service or packages send as cash on delivery.

Policy on Personal Data 


To make an agreement with us, we need the following information: 
We register your personal data in order to be able to deliver the goods to you. Personal information is needed to fill out an order or pre-order.
Personal data are registered at (Get Natural ApS) and kept for five years, after which the information is deleted.
Personal data in invoices and delivery slips must be kept in accordance with the rules of applicable laws on accounting.
By the expiration of the period of storage the information will be deleted.
Opening your own account at the web site is voluntarily, and deletion of your account automatically also deletes your personal information.
You must separately subscribe to the newsletter and may cancel the subscription at any time. When you cancel the subscription, your data will automatically be deleted from the list of newsletters.
As registered by Get Natural ApS, you always maintain the right to protest the registration. You also have the right to know which information has been registered about you. These rights you have according to the law on personal data, and any communication concerning this could be addressed to: office@getnatural.dk. 

How to complain 


If you wish to make a complaint about your purchase, please contact us at office@getnatural.dk. If we fail to find a solution, you may register a complaint by the relevant board for the area, if the conditions for doing so have been fulfilled.
