Delivery

Ordered and paid goods, which are in stock, will be shipped within 1-2 work days.
Pre-orders are shipped within 4-6 weeks.
Packages will be shipped via Postnord or GLS to the address, wished by the customer.
If the ordered goods are not in stock, we shall at once inform the customer about the expected time of delivery.
If this delay is unacceptable for the customer, we shall return the amount of the paid, but missing goods.
Damage to shipped goods
In case your goods arrive in a damaged condition, we kindly ask you to take pictures of the damaged goods, including of the packing,

and send these pictures together with a copy of your confirmation of order to: office@getnatural.dk. This should be done at the latest 2 days upon receipt of the package.
